Draft policy — pending attorney review before the site goes live

Privacy

Plain-language privacy

We collect only what's needed to respond to your project inquiry, we use it only for that, and we don't sell it to anyone. The details, in ordinary English:

What we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email, the property's location, the approximate area you want opened, your goals for the land, timeline, access notes, and how you heard about us. The form also records when it was submitted and which page or campaign brought you to the site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry: to call and text you about your project (only with the consent box you check on the form), to prepare for a site visit, and to write your proposal. The consent checkbox is our lawful basis for contacting you at the number you provide; unchecking it simply means the form won't send.

Where it lives

Inquiry information is stored in the customer-management system we use to run the business, accessible to the two people who operate Elevated Land Solutions. Service providers that process it for us (for example, the form and messaging platform) are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and act on our instructions.

What we never do

We don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketers. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. Your browser may briefly retain first-party session information (such as which page brought you here) so your inquiry is attributed correctly; it isn't shared beyond the systems described above. If analytics are ever added, this policy gets updated first.

How long we keep it

As long as it's useful for serving you — an open inquiry, an active project, or reasonable business records afterward. If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, ask through the inquiry form or reply to any message from us, and we'll take care of it.

Questions or changes

Reach us through the inquiry form. If this policy changes, the current version will always live at this address.

Draft status: this policy is written in good faith and scheduled for attorney review before launch, alongside the company's contract documents.
